Have our thoughts then no influence on the reality around us? Are we not the creators of our own reality? Is the universe not concerned with our positive and negative thoughts at all, and does it just go its own indifferent way? No, I do not think so. But the relationship between our thoughts and reality is a lot more subtle than what is proposed in many theories about creating one’s own reality.
Moving beyond the past is like cleaning out a cluttered attic. As each box is opened, the emotions and experiences that accompany its contents begin to manifest. Do not resist the emotions of love, hate, regret, sadness, joy, depression, or even revulsion that may surface but rather allow them expression in the realization the experiences associated with these memories helped you evolve to where you are today.
By constantly condemning ourselves, we suppress the energy of our soul resulting in a lack of self-love. We then look for the answer to this problem outside of ourselves. And so begins the great search for love...
