Do not resist the emotions of love, hate, regret, sadness, joy, depression, or even revulsion that may surface but rather allow them expression in the realization the experiences associated with these memories helped you evolve to where you are today.

Are you convinced that there are other dimensions that you cannot see or participate with or…what is it about? I am here to tell you that there are an infinite number of dimensions, an infinite number.

In many people, that space is filled from being very occupied with the mind. In that way, you do not really inhabit your body until the body knocks on your door through a pain, an ailment, or an illness.
